Kelly Lynn James is a working documentary and travel photographer. Her happy clients include the University of Texas, the Texas Observer Magazine, “La Attencion” San Miguel de Allende, and Vision Magazine China. Her work has been shown in Slideluck Potshow, New York and Austin, and exhibited as part of “Mardi Gras 2008, 360 Degrees” at the Jazz & Heritage Gallery of New Orleans. She was recognized in 2008 as a finalist for the David Alan Harvey Emerging Photographer’s Fund in partnership with the Magnum Cultural Foundation.
Kelly is one of those rare natives of Austin, Texas and is building bodies of documentary and fine art work in the U.S. and Mexico.
